Tools for Emergency Officials

Identified Sites Registry

The Identified Sites Registry (ISR) is a user-friendly, step-by-step platform for emergency and public officials to easily provide pipeline operators with critical location information regarding High Consequence Areas (HCAs) near pipeline assets or facilities within their jurisdiction.

Once a site has been recorded into ISR, location data, including latitude, longitude, and property boundaries, is standardized and made available through the Public Awareness Manager (PAM). Operators also receive shapefiles containing site data and information about the stakeholders who provide the sites.

Training Center

While our face-to-face scenario-based training remains highly effective for meaningful and productive engagement, Paradigm recognizes the importance of flexibility and time.  Paradigm’s Training Center is a self-paced online platform providing users with the same state-specific training as our annual face-to-face programs.  It’s ideal for those unable to attend in-person meetings and serves as a valuable complement to our annual training programs, all while allowing users to progress at their own pace.   Documentation of user activity, training progress, and course completion is available 24/7.

Emergency Response Portal

The Emergency Response Portal (ERP) provides operators with a secure, cost-effective location to safely publish and distribute their emergency response plans to local emergency response officials.  Once vetted and approved for access, emergency personnel can view and download emergency response plans, pipeline contact information, counties of operation, and product(s) transported of the participating operators within their jurisdiction.
